Welcome to the City Planning System (CPS), an intuitive and user-friendly platform designed to provide access to zoning information, development guidelines, and urban planning regulations in Kuala Lumpur. Whether you’re a homebuyer, business owner, developer, or researcher, CPS allows you to explore land-use data, property details, and city planning updates with ease.

This User Manual serves as your step-by-step guide to making the most out of the CPS platform.

1. Accessing the CPS Platform

Visit the official CPS website at https://cps.dbkl.gov.my/public.
Click on the Login/Register button (if applicable) to access additional features.
If you’re a first-time user, follow the on-screen instructions to create an account.

2. Searching for Zoning Information

On the homepage, locate the Search Bar.
Enter the property lot number, street name, or area you wish to explore.
Click the Search button, and the system will generate the latest zoning information.

3. Understanding the Map Interface

Once your search results appear, you’ll see an interactive map displaying zoning details.
Use the zoom and pan functions to explore specific areas.
Click on a plot to view more details, including zoning type, permissible land use, and development restrictions.

4. Downloading and Printing Reports

If you need a copy of zoning information, click the Download Report button.
Choose the file format (PDF or Excel) for easy access and sharing.
You can also print the information directly from the website.

5. Submitting Inquiries & Feedback

If you have any questions or need clarification, click the Help & Support tab.
